send SMS to user..
hi there..i would like to ask for some help..
i'm developing a system using PHP & SQL..in that system,i wanna send SMS to users' handphones when a certain steps or criterias have been set. can you guys show me how to make this things happen? but i want to know the 'free' ways. i know we can SMS people through web with no cost at all,but i don't know how it done. Plz..help me..
